THURSDAY JUNE 26, 2008

GOOD EVENING,

I HAVE HAD A BUSY LITTLE DAY. I HAD MY BONE BIOPSY THIS AM, IT WENT REALLY WELL. MY NUMBERS WENT DOWN ANC 756 WHITE 1.8. THE DOCTOR WAS IN THIS AFTERNOON HE HAD NOTHING TO ADD. SO AFTER THE BIOPSY VICKIE(SHE WATCHED THE WHOLE THING SO IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS YOU CAN ASK HER) AND WE HAD SOME LUNCH THEN A LITTLE NAP.

COY, HANNAH AND LUKE STOPPED BY, ALWAYS GOOD TO SEE THEM AND ESPECIALLY OUR LITTLE MAN, HE GROWS EVERY WEEK. ALL THOSE LITTLE SMILES THAT JUST MELT YOUR HEART.

I DID HAVE BIG NEWS YESTERDAY , THEY HAVE FOUND A DONOR. IT IS A 23 YEAR OLD MALE. HE IS GOING TO GET HIS BLOOD DRAWN ON JULY 1ST, THE BLOOD WILL GET TO DENVER THE 2ND. IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS TO RUN ALL THE TESTS HERE TO SEE IF HE IS A MATCH. THE DOCTOR WOULD LIKE A FEW MORE TO CHOOSE FROM BUT WHO KNOWS THIS MIGHT BE MY MAN!!!!! LOTS OF PRAYERS FOR THIS!!!!

VICKIE AND I TOOK A NICE WALK THIS AFTERNOON AND ARE HEADED BACK OUT AFTER WE EAT SOME SUPPER. IT IS GORGEOUS OUT AND I WANT TO ENJOY EVERY MINUTE OF IT.

CANT WAIT TO SEE EVERYONE IF THEY EVER LET ME OUT OF HERE. SO UNTIL THEN REMEMBER HOW THANKFUL I FEEL TO HAVE EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU IN MY LIFE. LOVE, BRENDA

    Sounds like things are really happening fast!!! So glad about the donor. It is really nice here, too. Think about you all the time and hoping things are going well. Love, Helen

    Yeah Sissy-

    So glad to hear that there is a possible donor. God really is listening to our prayers. We have some news too...we got grass, lots of grass. Our sod came today so we officially have a lawn!! Peyton was so cute..she kicked off her shoes and walked around on the 1st piece of sod that kirk laid. Ya, we got it on video. We are so excited that she will finally have a place to play that she won't have to go straight to the tub after playing. We have had so much dirt and mud that it is ridiculous. I had to go to work tonight and the sod arrived just as I was leaving so Kirk had to lay it by himself and take care of the girls. I am impressed with how much he got done. I came home and played outside for a good 40 min. or so..you would think it was Christmas. Anyways, I am babbling on and on but we are so glad and thankful that things are going well for you.     Hey girl,
    So glad your prayer team has a huge effect on the happenings around you!! You are always in our thoughts and prayers. Getting lots and lots of rain here so old bones with injuries are achey(sp?), but I think they actually ache because of running the lawns mowers for so many hours at a time in order to keep up with the growth stages.
    Hope to see you when you get home, I'm sure there will be a line around the block and a half mile wide to see you!! Maybe your new man is cute too, huh? You already know he must have a good heart to do the test, right?

    WOW THAT IS INCREDIBLE NEWS ABOUT THE POTENTIAL DONOR! WE WILL KEEP OUR FINGERS CROSSED. TELL KIRK AND LEIGH THAT KOBE HAD ANOTHER RUN IN WITH A SKUNK. THIS TIME SHE ONLY GOT A LITTLE SPRAY - I THINK SHE WISED UP AFTER THE LAST INCIDENT (I HOPE ANYWAY).

    THE WEATHER IS PERFECT HERE. SOMEWHERE IN THE 70'S. THEY ARE SHOOTING ON THE COURTHOUSE LAWN FOR WILD WEST DAYS. ROCKY WORKS SO HARD ON THAT - I HOPE THAT IT IS A SUCCESS.

    DENNIS VAIL TOLD ME TO TELL YOU HELLO. HE THINKS SO MUCH OF YOU AND MISSES YOU.

    I THOUGHT I SAW YOU DRIVING THIS MORNING. I SURE WISH THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN YOU. CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE YOU AGAIN.
