Thrurs-Fri July, 2008

Good Evening

Sorry for the delay yesterday was kinda of a hard day. Jeff and Coy took me to my consent signing, All the tests from last week showed that i am healthy as a horse. Unfortunatly the bone marrow biopsy on monday showed that 20% of the cancer is back. And my donor has an elevated liver level, they are retesting him . Time will tell how this all works out.

This morning Coy took me to the clinic for a spinal tap, they then injected chemo into my spine. We then went to the hospital to repeat the c/t scan to check the spot on my lung.

We are then sent home to enjoy family and friends for the weekend before being admitted into psl jail.

Have a great weekend, Love you Brenda

  1. Wow, sounds like a rough couple days. Saw your mom in Deckers tonight. Enjoyed our visit. I was too busy to make in downtown on Wed. Heard it was fun, though. Been boxing up "stuff" for Cody to take with him. He leaves a week from Tues. I can't believe it! It is still really warm outside. I like that. We got 2 outside kittens a few weeks ago. They are so funny. They try to sneak in the house at every opportunity!! Think about you often. Take care and hope this all works out over the next couple weeks. love you. Helen

  3. Hey lady, sorry to hear you have had a rough news. We will say extra prayers and add you to prayer chain at church tomorrow. Didn't go camping this weekend, went to Sturgis Friday night, not much happening there. Today we went and picked up Mom's washer and dryer for her and stopped by Brad and Connie's to see their house, it is coming along very nicely - it is beautiful. then came home and did some yard work and finally got our picnic table painted. Should be able to start canning tomatoes next week, have to pick some cherries off the tree hoping for enough to make some jelly. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers always. LOVE YOU. 4. I know you are going to get through this just fine. we all know how strong you are and with this many people praying, it can't be anything but good news.
Colter and Loretta were here this weekend. We took Colter to Old McDonalds farm yesterday. What a great time. Grammie and Auntie were pooped lastnight.
I'm off to mow the lawn.
    Thinking of you always
    Love ya,
    Vickie

  5. Hi, sorry I haven't been on for a while. Gus had a meeting in Denver last Wed. and then we went to Delta to check out the house and of course those grandkids. Raegan has five teeth now and is so cute and of course Peyton is Peyton. She's not quite as interested in Grandma now that she has a little friend across the street. Sorry things have been so rough for you but I want you to know that I think about you so often and I am praying for you every day. I know it's easy for us to say to keep your chin up but I know if anyone can, it's you. Take care of you!! Love, Amy

  6. Whew! the weekend is almost over and another week begins. . .and so goes life in NE Wyoming. Sure wish you were here with us. The sunset was amazing tonight. Rusty's cousin's kids were here this afternoon (I think that would mean they were Parker's second cousins-- oh, whatever), Parker came running inside and announced that he had laughed so hard, he peed in his pants. He didn't seem too bothered, instead was kind of proud he had laughed that hard! Hope you have a day soon in which you can laugh with abandon- almost to the point of peeing your pants!
    Love ya, Joyce
