GOOD EVENING,
SORRY FOR YOU THAT YOUR WEEKEND HAS COME TO AN END BUT I CANT WAIT FOR TUESDAY TO GET HERE. THE DOCTOR JUST CAME IN, I HAD TO HAVE HIM LOOK AT MY KNEE, TOO MUCH WALKING AND HAVE A SORE KNEE. I WASNT ABLE TO WALK MUCH SO I READ UP ON MY TRANSPLANT AND PACKED UP MY STUFF. THE DOC SAID I LOOKED GOOD AND LOOKED GOOD ON PAPER SO THINGS ARE AS GOOD AS CAN BE EXPECTED FOR NOW. GREAT NEWS!!! NOW SOME TIME WITH MORE FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL BE EVEN BETTER.
VICKIE LEFT THIS AM SO WAS A QUIET DAY(NOT THAT SHE IS NOISY). WE HAD A BLAST, I'M SO THANKFUL THAT SHE COULD SPEND THIS TIME WITH ME. ONCE AGAIN WHAT WOULD I DO WITHOUT ALL OF MY SPECIAL PEOPLE TAKING CARE OF ME. I'M SUPPOSE TO BE TAKING CARE OF OTHERS NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
TOMORROW I SHOULD KNOW SOME DETAILS OF MY DEPARTURE, BONE BIOPSY AND SCHEDULED RETURN. HAVE A GREAT NIGHT. LOVE, BRENDA
Brenda,
ReplyDeleteGreat News that you get to go home! I know how much that means to you and glad that you are doing so well. I hope your trip home goes well and get some rest while home but have a great time seeing everyone.
Sorry you have a sore knee but you were walking many miles a day! I know that being outside was wonderful for you. Take care.
Love, Joanne
WOW!!! Looks like you will be home soon and can't wait!! You look so good in the picture (Vickie too!) and I am betting she wished she could stay to bring you home! Had a busy weekend with the golf tournament. The other Sundance team got first place and sounds like they had some great golf shots. Well, have a great ride home love and prayers, Trudy
ReplyDeleteSissy-
ReplyDeleteHey! Cute picture of you and Vickie. You have such awesome friends to help you through this. I just smile thinking about the news that you gave us the other day. It surely made my day!! I am glad that you get to go home for a while. Hopefully you will get to see Kirk when he comes there next week for camp. You should come here while he is gone! I hate it when he is gone. I know that Peyton would love to have her Aunt Sissy come for a visit! And Grandma too!!:) Anyways, so glad you are getting out..have a safe safe trip home and we love you!! Talk to you soon. Lots of love..
Kirk, Leigh and girls
WOW, what great news. I don't get to check on you for a few days, and come back to good news for you. We were down at Hart Rancy, but wireless wasn't working down there for some reason. My niece got married on Saturday in Sturgis, then Cortney and I had to go to Aberdeen yesterday for a Downunder meeting. Hard to believe she leaves a week from today. DeeAnn is home for a few days, home for the wedding, it is good to see her. Haven't seen her for a year or so. We took some family pictures of us big kids, we figured that hadn't been done since Scott and I were married, long time ago. ;)
ReplyDeleteI am so glad that are going good for you, just remember when you get home you still need to rest and take care of yourself :) How many times have you been told that?
LOVE YOU ALWAYS
Deb
Brenda,
ReplyDeleteGreat news, I know a little time at home will recharge your batteries, not that they need much, you are so positive and upbeat, makes the rest of us look like slackers.
Saw this and thought of you . . .
What this disease CANNOT DO:
It cannot:
invade the soul
supress memories
kill friendship
destroy peace
conquer the spirit (That's you!!)
shatter hope
cripple love
corrode faith
steal eternal life
silence courage
You go girl!!!
