HAPPY 91 ST B-DAY TO MY GRANDMA IRENE TODAY. WISH WE COULD BE THERE WITH HER TO CELEBRATE.
MORE LAZY DAYS, WE DID HAVE A NICE SURPRISE, MY COUSIN HAILEE AND HER BOYFRIEND STOPPED TO SEE US THIS AFTERNOON. ITS ALWAYS NICE TO SEE A SMILING FACE. I HOPE TO BE BACK TO NORMAL IN A FEW DAYS, THEY SAY MY CHEMO BRAIN WILL BE WEARING OFF BY SUNDAY OR SO. CANT WAIT. SO THANKS FOR ALL OF YOU KEEPING ME AFLOAT. LOVE YOU LOTS,, BRENDA AND CHICKEN
We are all so glad to keep you afloat as you say. You just concentrate on getting well and we will help you with anything we can. Still Raining. We may have to take a boat to W.W. tonight.
ReplyDeleteLove ya,
Vickie
Hey Lady!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear about your "no clot news", that's awesome!! One milestone at a time, right?
Well I woke up this morning, went downstairs to do my little a.m. workout in my quest to fit into last summer's clothes, soooo I get halfway down the steps and see my basement floor COVERED in water.......I'm like OOOOOOOOOOOOOO FFFFFFFFFFFlood!!! Well, I said something similar to that anyways but this being a rated PG blog I'll just leave it to your imagination. Anywho, so this is a problem I have been telling my hubby-o about and he has chosen pretty much to ignore me so I was wondering if you could get me a few beers, a gun and an alibi?? That's what friends are for, right?
Naw, all joking aside I'm hoping you get out from underneath your chemo trip and get to feeling back to your perky self....still pulling for you, take care and God BLESS!
Brenda,
ReplyDeleteGlad that your chemo is over and hope that you will feel much better in a couple of days.
Just think a year ago you were planning the big party for your Grandma and the family reunion. What a great time that was.
It continues to rain. Steve called and said Owl Creek was over the road which is hasn't seen in years. But, now it is time for some sunshine.
Glad that your mom is with you and you just keep smiling and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love, Joanne
