MONDAY OCTOBER 20, 2008

HI EVERYONE,

EARLY MONDAY MORNING OFF TO THE CLINIC WE GO, GOT SOME BLOOD DRAWN,(I HAVE TO GO IN EARLY WED FOR A BLOOD TEST BECAUSE THEY ARE PRETTY SURE I WILL NEED PLATELETS AGAIN SO WILL GET THAT DONE BEFORE BIOPSY) TALKED MY NURSE INTO FLUSHING SOME WAX OUT OF MY EARS (BARB ARENT YOU GLAD YOU DIDNT HAVE TO DO THAT), THE NURSE PRACTITIONER CAME IN CHECKED ME OVER, TALKED RASH AND CAME HOME. I WILL BE SEEING THE SAME NURSE ON WED SO MAYBE WE CAN GET A HANDLE ON THE RASH, I HAVE SO MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE LOOKING AT IT EACH TIME I GO THAT NO ONE EVER SEES IT TWICE SO NO ONE REALLY KNOWS WHATS GOING ON. DOCTOR/NURSE/CLEANER/CAREGIVER/BROTHER/BRIAN AND I THINK IT IS TRYING TO DRY UP. IF IT IS GETTING BETTER WED THEY WILL BE ABLE TO DECREASE THE STEROIDS SOMEMORE, WE CAN ONLY HOPE. WE HAVE LOTS TO BE PRAYING FOR THIS WEEK. I CAN FEEL ALL OF YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT EACH AND EVERY DAY. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

LOVE TO ALL BRENDA AND FAMILY

Here's to a great week with wonderful news after the biopsy! Let's not have anymore of the scary diabetic thingy ok!? Tried to blog earlier but it woudn't take it so am trying again. Have auditors here at the bank so am waiting for them to finish up so I can go home for the day. Lost our last ftball game by 6 points. Maybe we can win our last game on fri against Lingle. We play there at 6pm. I leave for Scottsdale AZ the next morning for a few days for a bank thing. Will be a nice short getaway-want to come with? I am hoping to eat at Ruth Chris's or Chris Ruths steakhouse what ever it is as I hear it is pretty good!! Got to watch Lindsey play vball for Black Hills on saturday. They played well and won. They have a gal on their team that can bench 135 ten times! Wish she could play on our ftball team!!! Good luck with the biopsy just know it will bring good news! Love and prayers Trudy

Brenda,
You surely can count on my prayers and support. I will be thinking of you on Wed. as I will be with my brother at Rapid City Regional when he has back surgery at 5am. They are going in through the back and the front because of a lot of fuzed discs and problems, so he will recover in Sundance before going back to Nebraska. I pray his surgery comes out okay. God will be busy listening to me this week but we know he can hear all.
From what I remember, you used to have to put a gallon of lotion on your skin because it was to dry. I can't imagine it being any dryer and reddish from the rash on top of it. Can you put lotion on or is that a no no? That would be great if the rash is stable and you can cut down on those nasty steroids. Keep the faith and I will be waiting for your results. Talk to you later.

Hey Sissy-

You know that we are here 100% and praying for you everyday. Peyton insists on praying before every meal everyday and we are always sure to pray for our sissy!! Our seasons are winding down thank goodness!! I have districts this week and if we don't make it to regionals we will be done this weekend. I really hope that we do make it to regionals but I am also looking forward to us being done!! I am really needing a break!! Anyways, I still have lesson planning to do for tomorrow so I better get going. Love you and are thinking of you every minute!!

Hi, hope you can get a handle on the rash. Things like that can be so irritating. I'm still in Delta. Was planning on going home tomorrow but Leigh has made the post-season volleyball so has another over-nighter this Friday so I will stay until Sat. to help with the girls. Peyton is at preschool and
Raegan is asleep so have a minute to myself. They are such good little kids and a joy to watch. Raegan is changing everyday. She is starting to imitate and actually will say a few words. She will repeat bye-bye but it sounds like ba-ba and will say Jack but sounds like ack. She's 10 mos. today. Peyton and I did puzzles today and she told me which ones that Sissy bought her. I'm sure she misses you a bunch as she mentions you a lot. Well, you guys take care. Thinking of you. Love, Amy

Hey girl! Thinkin about you a lot so far this week (always am though!!!). Would be great if that PIA rash would go away-that in itself would be worth a celebration! Will be praying extra hard that Wed. is an excellent day for you. Give Brian a pat on the back for being such a great brother-what a guy!! We miss you up here and are thinking of you always! Hang in there and keep up the good spirits!
Love ya lots!
