Just a quick note to let everyone and anyone interested to know that the little service for Brenda will be at 10a.m. Sun. May 31 at Alva..
Hopefully this will mean that we will have a place to go to feel near her and be able to be reminded that for as much as we miss her and hurt for her , she is surrounded with everyone that she loved and that loved her, that in its self is comforting....
Her stone was there for the weekend and it is very pretty. I think she would have liked it....
Anyone who may have checked in on us and may know of anyone that might like to know, would you please pass the word on!!!! Thank you..

Chicken, I am so glad you are still blogging. I had stopped checking it after Christmas thinking maybe you were done, but Marla clued me in today that you were still touching in every now and then. Im glad, I like to see how you are doing and see Brenda's beautiful picture when I log in! I had a card all ready to send to you on Brendas birthday, just to let you know that you -and Brenda- were on my mind, but it never ended up making it to the post office (long story!). The "Boo's Team" relay for life girls met on her birthday to discuss the relay and to do a toast in honor of her Birthday. Anyway, I hope you keep blogging as I like to keep tabs on you to see what the family is up to and how everyone is doing! Take care and I will see you on Sunday in Alva.

Hi, just a note to say that I hope you can get some closure although sometimes that's hard too. I know it will be good to have the kids home and all the little ones that are growing so fast right in front of our eyes. Raegan is getting so funny and I enjoy both of the girls so much. Give them a kiss for me and have fun with everybody. I will be making another trip sometime in early June but it might be too soon for you as I know you have been working hard and have lots to do at home. Let me know if you want to go again sometime. I feel so bad-didn't check the blog early enough so didn't know about the little service for Brenda on May 31st. I would have been there. The headstone was beautiful. We saw it when we were up there over Memorial Day. She would be so pleased and to have her mom with her will mean even more.
The cemetery at Alva is such a peaceful place and beautiful. There isn't another place any prettier.
I do hope to see you sometime but know you continue to be in my thoughts and really hope you are doing okay.
