Thank you

We just wanted to thank everyone for their support, prayers, food and attendance at Brenda's memorial service. Several of you who have been dedicated readers have asked that we keep the blog going. We will try to continue this and keep you updated on how the family is doing. There is a big hole in all of our hearts and it is definetly going to take time to heal if it ever does. Thank you again for everything.

Hello to all. We made it safely to grandma Janice's today. It was great to see all of you and all the new cousins. We will miss you a ton and hope to see you all as soon as possible. Love you all very much and have the best Christmas you possibly can. Take care and give your families hugs and kisses for us. Love always Elyssa and Rhonda.

Family & Friends,
The memorial service was truly beautiful with the trees all lite. Brenda loved the Christmas season and you made her proud. The luncheon was a great gathering of friends and family to see pictures of Brenda and talk of memories. Everyone did a wonderful job for a very special person.
Not that I will ever forget Brenda's bright smile, but I would like to know I can blog in from time to time just to see her face and reflect and hopefully if any of the family members leave memories or thoughts, that would be great. I tried calling her home phone in hopes to hear her voice on the answering machine but it just rang and rang.
They say time heals and that might be true but when something happens, the feeling you have to tell Brenda the news will not go away. My father has been gone 30 years and my mother 10 years and I still miss calling to tell them when somethings exciting has happened or when something bad has happened and I just need to talk.
Lean on each other for support and comfort and always know we are there for you also.
God bless you all,
Charlene

To Brenda's Family~

It was such an honor to meet all of Brenda's wonderful family and friends. She has been such an inspiration for my mom, and will be forever missed by us all. We will miss seeing her beautiful smile, but we will continue to fight this leukemia in honor of her. Thank you for all the love and prayers you have shown my mom and the "pink tigers". Many prayers of healing and hope to you all.

Love~
Becky Prall (Kathy's Daughter)

Chicken, I have been thinking about Brenda and wanted to let you know. I am on Isla Mujeres which is one of the places we visited on our "girl's trip". (actually 2 of them) I can't believe it has been so long ago. We all had so much fun while we were here. I can still see Connie, April and Brenda hunting shells on the beach. I have walked by that spot several times and that scene always plays back in my mind. Those trips are some of my great memories of Brenda. I know she had a great time and I'm so glad we did that!! Love, Helen
