HELLO AGAIN,
I HAVE FINISHED RECEIVING MY CELLS AND ALL WENT AS PLANNED. I HAD PLENTY OF PRE-MEDS SO SHOULD BE ABLE TO SLEEP FOR AWHILE, NOW THAT THINGS HAVE SETTLED DOWN ALITTLE. NOW THE HARD PART, TO SEE IF THINGS WILL LATCH ON AND TAKE. WE DO KNOW THAT MY BLOOD TYPE CHANGED FROM A+ TO NOW O+, HE WAS ABLE TO PRODUCE ENOUGH CELL THAT I HAVE SOME FOR LATER IF NEED BE. WE DID SEE THAT HIS BLOOD WAS DRAWN YESTERDAY MST SO MAYBE HE ISNT THAT FAR AWAY. I'M HAVING A HARD TIME, I WANT TO MEET HIM SO I CAN THANK HIM BUT WE CAN HAVE NO CONTACT WITH THEM FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. HE WILL JUST HAVE TO KNOW HOW THANKFUL I AM UNTIL I CAN TELL HIM MYSELF.

Hi, I've been thinking about you all day yesterday wondering if you got your new cells. Leigh said there was a delay and wasn't sure when that was going to happen. Glad to know that it has happened and will be praying that all goes well. Hi Chicken, I'm thinking of you also and hope you are holding up ok. You guys take care and thanks for keeping us posted. Hey, get that rest and let those cells take a good hold!! Been on pins and needles the last few days thinking of you! Now will pray for the cells to take and even though you will be there a bit longer i have faith you will be coming home healthy and well because of all the praying we have done for you!

It is so great to have the transplant overwith and now we can look ahead with great hope and faith that you will be home soon healthy and ready to go on with your awesome life.

Happy Birthday... for you and your new cells hooray!!! I hope you're feeling as good as new and those cells don't cause you to start acting like a 23 year old crazy guy!!! ha ha I mean if you want to get a tatoo, buy a motorcylce, and drink a few brewskis I think we can handle it:)

Hope you got some good sleep last nite! I did the blood donation thing this morning and I also got my marrow donor info in the mail a week or so ago so am set for that if I am needed. You aren't the only one who wants to thank your donor-I would like to also and maybe give him a big smackeroo!!

I think their plan was to have you wait an extra day so you would be
so nervous you couldn't sleep so after the transplant you would just crash and we all know everything in your body works better in a relaxed state. I was going to call you after everything was done but you just needed to take your phone off the hook and get lots and lots and lots of rest so I will just blog and email for now. I am sending you a special angel, but didn't have the hospital's address so sent it to Coy's. Hope he can get it to you. Coy had a real nice letter in the times and we are all thankfull to have been touched in some way by your family and to be able to help and touch you back. Thank you again Coy for setting up this blog so Brenda can keep us informed and we can also blog back with words of encouragement that hopefully have helped in her journey to getting well.
I will check in later to see how things are going and until then you need to REST.
