GOOD SUNDAY MORNING APRIL 27

I WOKE TO ANOTHER GREAT DAY, THE SUN IS SHINING AND ITS THE LAST DAY OF MY CHEMO. MY WHITE COUNT IS AT 0.5 AND GOING DOWN.

MY RED COUNT WAS ALSO DOWN THEREFORE NEEDING A BLOOD TRANSFUSION.
WHILE LYING THERE RECEIVING THE BLOOD I BECAME VERY EMOTIONAL AND FELT SO THANKFUL FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE THE TIME TO DONATE BLOOD. YOU REALLY NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU, YOURSELF MAY BE THE ONE IN NEED. A BIG THANKS TO YOU FROM ME.

I'VE HAD ANOTHER GREAT DAY WITH ALL THE SUPPORT FROM MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Hey Sissy-

It is so great that you have this blog. We are thinking of you every second of every day and I swear I check the blog at least 3-4 times a day. I just tried to call you and there was no answer in your room. Hope everything is o.k. Just wanted you to know that we love you very much and hope that we get to see you soon. Keep fighting because you have so many things to fight for and so many people who love you. We love you and will talk to you soon. Love-Kirk, Leigh, Peyton and Raegan

Brenda,
It was so funny when you mentioned going to the mart because I was wondering when they were going to spring you out into the public. I need to do some 3rd and 4th floor shopping at market and it could be good therapy for you -- shopping that is. If it isn't Super Monday, I don't know what showrooms are open but would have to check. Will talk to you soon. Charlene

Just wanted to say hey. Glad things are still going as planned. Sending you hugs and prayers all day long. Tell your mom we send her hugs to. We are so glad she is able to be there with you. Lean on those brothers of yours as they have strong shoulders to hold you up when things get tough. Hang in there.

It's great to hear that you are responding so well to treatment, that is half the battle. Cortney and I are in Sioux Falls, Haley and Scott at home holding the fort down. They had me judging programs this morning, that was kind of scary and I was deciding whether these kids were going to nationals or not. We have some down time, so doing some homework and checking email. Give hugs to everyone.
KEEP KICKING BUTT!!
Love you, Scott, Deb, Brianne, Cortney & Haley
