THURSDAY MAY 8,2008

9:30 AM THE DR CAME IN AND TOLD US THAT THE LONG TERM TREATMENT WOULD INCLUDE BLOOD AND MARROW STEM CELL TRANSPLANTION. AFTER COMING HOME IN 10 DAYS TO A WK, I WILL RETURN IN A MONTH TO START ANOTHER ROUND OF CHEMO, KNOCKING OUT THE WHITE CELLS AGAIN, THEN THE TRANSPLANT.

I'M PRETTY SURE I LIKED MY BORING DAY YESTERDAY BETTER THEN THIS, BUT HOPEFULLY THIS WILL KNOCK THE STUFF IN TO FOREVER LAND AND I WILL NEVER BE BOTHERED WITH IT AGAIN.

SO KEEP THE PRAYER COMING, I KNOW YOU WILL. I STILL CANT THANK EVERYONE ENOUGH FOR BEING SO GOOD TO ME AND MY FAMILY. WE TRULY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING.

UNTIL TOMORROW, LOTS OF LOVE BACK AT YA BRENDA

Brenda,
My mother-in-law, Darlene, has been an inspiration to many through her bone marrow transplant. Her transplant (30+ years ago) has given my children a grandmother and my grand-children an opportunity to spend time with their great-grandmother. What a blessing she has been to all of us. I am confident that you, too, will be a long-term success story. We are praying for you.

Hey Brenda - Sounds like things are going your way, like is so full challenges. Keep the good news coming this way, one day at a time, a hard one, but I promise it works, yesterday is gone, and we don't know about tommorrow, all we have is today. Always thinking about you and yes the power of prayer, please believe.

Love
Cheryl
