Brenda,
I know things can seem confusing and strange but you will know just what to do and it will all happen because we are all praying for you to get the care you need to beat this. Hang in there. Prayers from Home!!!

Brenda: Oh, the ups and downs of chronic illness! Please know there are people praying for you. We are praying for your spirit as well as your health. I sincerely hope you are taking the time to renew your spirit daily. Read some good books. . . watch those great old movies, listen to those albums that bring you joy, exercise when you can. Laugh, cry, scream and then laugh again. Keep your eyes and thoughts on the positive. Try to live today cognizant of the blessings of today. Even those who are healthy could benefit from learning to live TODAY- as it is- not as we wish it were, not as we planned it to be, but just as it is. I am praying for you.

Hey, sorry I haven't written but wanted your time at home to be yours with your family. Sorry it was such a short time at home. Do you know a Kathy Lockman? I was talking to my friend Jerri Robinson and she said that one of their head start teachers has fsthe same type of cancer and that she also is in Denver and had mentioned someone named Brenda from Sundance. I can only assume that it is you. If so, small world isn't it? I hope your treatment goes well and your blood does what it is suppose to do so you can go home sooner. I pray for you everyday and wish good things for you. Take care, Amy
I said a prayer for you today,
And know God must have heard.
I felt the answer in my heart
Although He spoke no word.
I didn't ask for wealth or fame,
I knew you wouldn't mind.
I asked Him to send treasures
Of a far more lasting kind.
I asked that He'd be near you
At the start of each new day,
To grant you health and blessings
And friends to share your way.
I asked for happiness for you
In all things great and small,
But it was for His loving care
I prayed the most of all.
